Well known association of organic coffee located on the middle region of the Sierra Nevada. Since early days they have worked with the purpose of maintaining environmental sustainability, placing great interest and care to the quality of water and their coffee.

Presently they produce coffee under an organic certification. Also their main goal in to continue investing and promoting the social aspect of the community, the younger generations get full education as well as it is expected to help with all the shore of running the farms such as cherry picking and learning the secrets of coffee growing.
